How To Verify Your Original LevaSyl Product

To protect our customers from counterfeit products, every original LevaSyl box includes a unique verification card inside the package.

Each card contains:

  • A private QR Code for verification

  • A hidden 7-character verification code

  • A Scratch layer to protect the code until first use

How To Verify Your Product

1. Open the verification card inside the box

You will find a QR Code and a hidden code covered with a Scratch layer.

2. Scratch the protective layer

Use a coin or any simple object to reveal the verification code.

3. Scan the QR Code

You will be redirected to the official LevaSyl verification page.

4. Enter the 7-character code

Then click on “Verify”.

Verification Results

✅ If you see:

“This product is original – and this is the first time this code has been used.”

This means your product is 100% authentic.

⚠️ If you see:

“This code has already been used before.”

This may indicate that the product is duplicated or non-original.
Please stop using the product and contact the seller or our official support team immediately.

❌ If you see:

“Invalid code.”

Please make sure you entered the code correctly.
If the same message appears more than once, the product may not be original.

Important Notice

Each LevaSyl product has its own unique verification code that is never repeated.
Every code is generated for one product only and cannot be duplicated by us or by the manufacturer.

For your safety:

  • Do not share your verification code with anyone

  • Do not scratch the code before receiving your order
