Refund & Exchange Policy
At Even Pharmaceuticals, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Exchange or Refund In Case Of Product Defect
Customers are eligible for a free exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer received the wrong item.
- The order arrived damaged due to shipping.
- There was a major issue caused by delayed delivery from our side.
In such cases, Even Pharmaceuticals will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
2. Exchange or Refund Upon Customer Request
Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the order for personal reasons under the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened.
- The product must remain sealed and in its original condition exactly as received.
- A shipping & handling fee of 150 EGP will be deducted to cover return and re-shipping costs.
3. Opened Products Policy
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons:
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Products must remain sealed and unused to qualify for return or exchange.
4. Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team through our official communication channels and provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos if needed
Our team will review the request and guide you through the process.
5. Important Notes
- Requests made after 14 days from delivery date will not be accepted.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Even Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
